Numerous agents and companies go around touting:
"Top Company in Sales"
"Highest Sales Volume in the Region"
"We Sell More"
"Highest Number of Sales"
Anybody can say it, but can they all prove it?
That's what's important.
Next time an agent says that their company is the best, ask for the proof!
REALTOR Magazine's July 2008 issue ranks the Top 100 real estate brokerages nationwide by 2007 Transaction Sides and by 2007 Sales Volume.
Here's some facts about my company:
#23 for Transactions Sides and #30 for Sales Volume in the Country!
Only 1 other company in the metropolitan D.C. area was in the top 50 on either list and that was Long & Foster.
It's important to note that RE/MAX Allegiance
achieved its position with 1,150 REALTORS, while Long & Foster ranks high largely due to its 15,607 sales associates.
With an average of 10 versus 6 transactions per agent, RE/MAX Allegiance agents have 67% more transactions than the average Long & Foster agent.
had nearly 11,000 transaction sides in 2007 accounting for over $4 billion in sales, more sales volume than some companies almost twice the size!
