Kingstowne, a large planned community in Fairfax County is a great area to call home. With tons of shopping, restaurants, a golf driving range, and movie theater, there's always something to do. Kingstowne is convenient for commuters whether heading to D.C., Tysons Corner, Fort Belvoir, or elsewhere, with easy access to the major roads -- Route 95/495 "The Capital Beltway" and Route 395. Public transportation is also available with the proximity to the Springfield/Franconia metro stop.
I just listed this large end unit townhouse for sale in the desirable Chatsworth area of Kingstowne. Come take a look before it's too late.

Beautiful listing, Brian. And the price is definately appealing. The kitchen looks a little outdated, though.
WooHoo! Very nice flyer and presentation.
I am surprised the appliances are not included with the unit is that typical?
Foreclosure? Seems to be missing few little touches in the kitchen.
MARGARET: Thanks! There are a lot of positives about this home. The kitchen is efinitely one of the negatives.
SALLY: Thank you!
TERRY: No, that's not typical. In this case, we knew that anyone purchasing would likely update the entire kitchen. The appliance (except the dishwasher) were not in great shape and rather than leave them looking that way or spending the money to replace them, the decision was made to just remove the refrigerator and the stove.
PAT: No -- not a foreclosure. See my answer above.
