Brian, where did you find the time to do this? I love the finish!
Hey I thought your video was pretty good, desperate makes funny.
another great video Brian. It's great for someone to make humor out of what we deal with as part of our everyday business.
Brian - Something tells me you are 'channeling' some folks out there with these videos:-) I think I'll start referring to you as Mr. You Tube!
Brian, this was a GREAT video. You have a wonderful sense of humor. They say that Humor is wonderful medicine. I believe it. THANKS for making me smile, Heidi
VICKIE: Believe it or not, I did this quite quick in just a couple of quick takes. Less than 20 minutes, including edit and posting.
ANNETTE: Thanks. Glad you liked it.
MATT (COMPASS REAL ESTATE CONSULTING): Thanks! Humor does help a lot especially when dealing with the realities of every day life on the job.
JASON: And who would that be that I'm 'channeling'? Mr. You Tube!! The receptionist at our office already thinks that.
HEIDI: Thanks for the compliments. Glad I could bring a smile to your day.
OMG! Brian, I've started up a collection for you my friend. :-) Still ROFLMAO, but then I thought about it, and realized you're probably being very serious!! (Brad's still laughing though.....)
Brian that is hilarious! I love it more than the first!
Oh my stars, Brian - Both epsidoes are hilarious - Perhaps because they hit so close to home, that we all are ROFL... How about a rap?
You're too much. Just don't act like that when I come to see you..hhahaha.
are you having an Allie McBeal moment:)
Desparate Realtors Man ... & Desparate Mortgage Professionals of all kinds. That is who I think you are channeling here. The thing is, they may not be so desperate if they came off half as good as the video you just provided:-)
Brian, is this the stuff that Brad wants us all to do? This is a great sequel. I loved it. AJ
Brian- I am still laughing! You are SO funny! What a fun video. So you want to be an actor too?
Brian- Another great video, I get such a warm feeling when I fire someone. Gets the blood flowing
Brian, You are SO funny. I'm still laughing. You have missed your calling....move to LA, get a movie deal, make us all proud!
I may have felt that way one or two times, but I would never say it.
Brian... okay, don't show me any homes... just send me contracts for one and I'll buy it... I';; breakdown and make it easy for you... lol great video...
BRAD: Thanks for watching. I'm glad you could have a good laugh.
Very funny Brian!!! I think you are getting the hang of this video stuff. I think you need to place these on your website.
JEREMY: Thanks! I'm still partial to the first one...
CALIE: I don't know if I could really pull off a rap... maybe some day?
SALLY: Glad you enjoyed it! I'd be a bit more gentle with you if you were one of my clients...
KONNIE: ???? While I watched that show back in the day, I'm not 100% certain about the reference.
MARIE: Thanks for continuing to watch my videos. They're quite fun to create.
Brian - Totally off the chair lmao ! I'll be back, have a great story to tell you about this...laughing to hard !
OMG this is my life!lol
Too funny! Way to go Brian. I have been away from Active rain for a while but you have just brought me back. Thanks
Brian...you had us all cracking up at Dez's mountain get together...too funny. Plus, you get to practice in front of the camara!
too funny! keep them coming.
JOSEPH: Already have an idea for Episode #3, but no time this week to film it.
GARY: It surely is fun to film these and release them to others in the real estate industry. I'm glad that you and your wife enjoyed both videos.
NATALIE: I'm here to entertain! My rapping skills are lacking however.
JASON: Thanks, my friend.
AJ: Perhaps Brad wants things on the more educational side of real estate -- this video is on the entertainment side.
KATERINA: I wouldn't mind an acting gig! I did have a semester of acting during my senior year of college.
That's pretty good...I've FELT that way, but generally after about three months of showings!
Very funny, I am sure many realtors can relate to your humor.
LARRY: Thanks for your comment and for wathcing.
ELIZABETH: A movie deal would be great and possibly more lucrative than real estate, but I'm not sure I want to spend years waiting tables while I wait. Thanks for the encouragement, however.
RANDY: I don't expect that anyone would ever say this to their clients.
JEFF: Thanks for playing along.
BRYANT: Thanks! I think I'm having a little too much fun with these videos.
MELISSA: Looking forward to hearing your story.
CONNIE: Funny!
MARTHA: I'm glad to have been able to bring you back from your absence. Welcome Back to the Rain!
DIANE: I was hoping that you'd all watch it over there. Did you pop some popcorn first? Or blend up a margarita?
DREW (DREAM DESIGN REALTY): Glad you enjoyed it! I do hope to continue this series.
TERRY: I'm sure just about every REALTOR has thought along these lines at least once or twice in their career. Actually saying it? That's a different story.
RUTHMARIE: Yes, 5 days is a little bit of an exaggeration! I'm actually a very patient guy.
KERRY: I know the feeling!
ROBERT: I guess so, judging by the responses so far.
Brian...
Loved it. Loved it. Loved it...Did I say Loved it? :)
Please...Please...Please> LOL!
TLW...ROAR!
TLW: Thanks for the great comment! Did you love it?
I laughed so hard it hurt. Thanks!
<sigh> We were doing so well and see I go away for just a couple of days and your begging again for business ????
It must be Mrs. Block applying all that pressure for money and her daily intake of berries. <grin>
MELODY: I hope you've recovered from the laughing by now!!
DEZ: See what happens when you leave me for the weekend. I am happy to report that I do have a few sales lined up and Mrs. Block will be eating berries for another month. Even picked up some fresh figs the other day.
Brian, you are a total hoot! I'd buy a house from you. Or maybe a townouse? No, No! A condo! Somewhere in Alexandria. No, no! How about maybe the Watergate? In Foggy Bottom? They'll let Willie live there! Gotta keep your hot bride in fruit! I should follow her example!
Good job Brian...takes me back to the summer of 06, had a couple down from New York, three days, non stop, had to be on the water, had to be quarter acre, had to be brick or block...on the final day, we had plans to pick from 3-4 homes that had met most of thier criteria.........as I waited in the office, preparing all the pertinent info on one home vs the next, they had gotten sidetracked, stopped at a FSBO, and bought a double wide mobile home in a rental park...
PAT: Thanks for your comments! Very funny -- I think you'd be a very fun client! :)
BARBARA JO: I'm happy that you are enjoying my foray into video entertainment.
MIKE: Everyone's got some kind of a story like that... unfortunately. Thanks for sharing.
LISA: So, how was your vacation?
Hi again, Brian...if you weren't so busy with the makeover, you would have had time to ready about it...LOL!!!! It was great, thanks :)
That was great, can you do another one. This time they finally find a home, but, tell them thats too bad I still have more to show you Lol...
Yours,

Awesome, Brian,,,I have a nice couple that is driving me crazy and I talked like that in front of the mirror one night. Thanks for the laugh.

DANE: Aha! Well come to Alexandria, we've got lots of Irish pubs in Old Town Alexandria.
