Condominiums:
70 Sales Average Price $328,115 Sold at 96.03% of Asking Price 58 Days on Market
Townhouses:
51 Sales Average Price $588,441 Sold at 97.03% of Asking Price 48 Days on Market
Current Townhouse Inventory in Alexandria:
As of May 18th, there are 256 townhouses on the market in Alexandria ranging in price from $189,900 to over $3 million. The average listing price for all Alexandria townhouses is $682,557.

Townhouses are on the market and selling at Beauregard Station, Cameron Station, Fords Landing, Harborside, Hume Springs, Lynhaven, Old Town Alexandria, Potomac Greens, Stonegate, and Warwick Village.

Those are good looking number, Brian! I didn't realize the average townhouse sales price was that high, unless it count all of the historic stuff in Old Town - then it makes total sense. There are some amazing old places, and the ghosts probably convey!
It seems that townhomes in good condition are also outselling single family homes in our area.
