JUDY: Thanks!
Hi, this is good info but does the location a disservice considering the negatives of the location. We checked out the neighborhood several times and were surprised to be overwhelmed by the noise from commuter and metro trains passing by directly behind the property. No mention of the severity of this noise anywhere. Readers and prospective buyers should be advised.
Not rose-colored glasses: You do make a good point about the negatives of the location and the proximity to the noise of the trains can be an issue for some people depending upon the location of the house within the community. Thanks for bringing that to people's attention.
