Margaret Woda suggested folks look at your market reports as they were "masterpieces".  As I know market reports don't get a lot of comments, I just had to post one saying thanks to Margaret for the suggestion and kudos to you Brian for taking what is usually boring data and presenting the information in a way that is concise, clear, useful and fun to look at!

LYNDA:  Thanks for stopping by and commenting.  I appreciate Margaret's kind words and have sent her an e-mail thanking her for sending you this way.  Let me know if you have any questions about market reports or graphs because I'd be happy to help in any way.

Brian- WOW, that is some great condo movement up there. I would have no idea that condos were moving so well in Alexandria. That is one hot market compared to this one! Katerina

Brian, I sense the market is beginning to improve regardless of what the doom and gloom folks have to say - I'm getting more phone calls in the past month or so, Karen

KATERINA:  Despite what the press would have you believe, the condo market is actually quite stable here.  I have one going on the market in about 2 weeks, and although December tends to be even slower, I'm optimistic that with our pricing strategy, we should have a sale before too long.

KAREN:  I get that sense as well.  It's not the boom of 2003/2004, but things are heating up a bit as we head into the colder months.  Thanks for your comment.
