Margaret Woda suggested folks look at your market reports as they were "masterpieces".  As I know market reports don't get a lot of comments, I just had to post one saying thanks to Margaret for the suggestion and kudos to you Brian for taking what is usually boring data and presenting the information in a way that is concise, clear, useful and fun to look at!

LYNDA:  Thanks for stopping by and commenting.  I appreciate Margaret's kind words and have sent her an e-mail thanking her for sending you this way.  Let me know if you have any questions about market reports or graphs because I'd be happy to help in any way.

Brian- WOW, that is some great condo movement up there. I would have no idea that condos were moving so well in Alexandria. That is one hot market compared to this one! Katerina

Brian, I sense the market is beginning to improve regardless of what the doom and gloom folks have to say - I'm getting more phone calls in the past month or so, Karen

KATERINA:  Despite what the press would have you believe, the condo market is actually quite stable here.  I have one going on the market in about 2 weeks, and although December tends to be even slower, I'm optimistic that with our pricing strategy, we should have a sale before too long.

KAREN:  I get that sense as well.  It's not the boom of 2003/2004, but things are heating up a bit as we head into the colder months.  Thanks for your comment.

Hello, my name is Curtis and I found your site online. I know you probably get emails like this all the time, but please read this entire email as this really could help your business. I’m a marketing consultant in San Diego, Ca and I found your website on Google but noticed that for some of the major keyword phrases like "Real Estate" which gets searched over 9,000 times a month in your city, you are NOT anywhere to be found. I wanted to offer to put your website on the first page of Google and you DO NOT HAVE TO PAY any monthly fees unless I can actually get you on the first page for your keywords.

I know this sounds crazy, but I am so good at Search Engine Optimization I can make a guarantee like this. If you want more business from your website, then we should talk. I can also show you some of my happy clients who dominate Google. My prices are very affordable and there is NO RISK on your part because if I FAIL to put you on the first page then you don’t pay any monthly fees, as I take on all the risk. I can get you ranked for whatever keywords you want! I am sending this email to 27 other Real Estate Professionals in the local area and the first one to take me up this offer gets it as I can only work with one type of business per city. So if you are interested then please respond asap so you can lock in your city!
