As of today, November 9, 2010, there are 318 condos on the market in Alexandria, Virginia. This represents 45% of the total inventory of homes currently available in the City of Alexandria. During the month of October, 51 Alexandria condos sold, a slight decrease from the 55 sales in September.
In the first 10 months of the year, 678 condos sold in Alexandria, equating to a current inventory of about 4.7 month supply of condos at the average monthly absorption rates. That represents a market that slightly favors sellers of condos in Alexandria.
