Katie who just recently purchased a condo in Arlington Virginia worked with me to buy a condo and we did it in time to take advantage of the Federal Homebuyer Tax Credit.
While the deadline for the tax credit may be over, interest rates are at historic lows making the current real estate market a great opportunity.
