Buy Alexandria Real Estate: One Year, One Company, $173,572 Raised for Charity

Alexandria Virginia Real Estate Blog

One Year, One Company, $173,572 Raised for Charity

Sure, the real estate market brings challenges for buyers, sellers, and for real estate agents.

Yet, despite those challenges, they are nothing compared to the challenges faced every day by young children with diseases, serious illness, or injury.

That's why RE/MAX International partners with Children's Miracle Network (CMN).  Here in the D.C. area, we support the Children's National Medical Center in Washington D.C.

I'm very proud to announce that my company, RE/MAX Allegiance, through the generous contributions of our brokers, agents, and staff raised $173,572 in 2009 for the sick children in our markets!

When you buy or sell a home with me, I will make a contribution to the Children's Miracle Network on your behalf.

Are you on the Facebook fan page for CMN?

You should post this there, a good friend of mine and former REMAX Michigan is now heading up CMN, Angela Shook. I know she would like to see this.

Good for ReMax.  I am all for corporate charity.  I am with a small company and all my profits go to greedy needy children - mine.  Seriously I believe in giving and do give, not like that though.  Good for ReMax.

Kudos to you and Re/Max. I firmly believe if we all did something, we could change the world as we know it.

Not sure if you planned this, but have you noticed that CMN's logo contains a balloon just like a certain real estate franchise? :-) Planned or not, great co-branding :-)
