Sure, the real estate market brings challenges for buyers, sellers, and for real estate agents.
Yet, despite those challenges, they are nothing compared to the challenges faced every day by young children with diseases, serious illness, or injury.
That's why RE/MAX International partners with Children's Miracle Network (CMN). Here in the D.C. area, we support the Children's National Medical Center in Washington D.C.
I'm very proud to announce that my company, RE/MAX Allegiance, through the generous contributions of our brokers, agents, and staff raised $173,572 in 2009 for the sick children in our markets!
When you buy or sell a home with me, I will make a contribution to the Children's Miracle Network on your behalf.

Good for you, Brian. It's called doing well and doing good.
Brian, stopped in to say congrats on in the spotlight today in the AR newsletter. What a great lead you and your colleagues have taken on fund raising. All the best to you in the new year!
Are you on the Facebook fan page for CMN?
You should post this there, a good friend of mine and former REMAX Michigan is now heading up CMN, Angela Shook. I know she would like to see this.
Good for ReMax. I am all for corporate charity. I am with a small company and all my profits go to greedy needy children - mine. Seriously I believe in giving and do give, not like that though. Good for ReMax.
Kudos to you and Re/Max. I firmly believe if we all did something, we could change the world as we know it.
Hi Brian
Great organization and I do support the CMN as well, I will re-blog, loved it
Congratulations and congratulations on being the lastest featured ActiveRainer!
Not sure if you planned this, but have you noticed that CMN's logo contains a balloon just like a certain real estate franchise? :-) Planned or not, great co-branding :-)
Congratulations Brian on such a wonderful accomplishment! The Childrens Miracle Network is a great way to help! You are an inspiration to all!
Brian, it's wonderful to read about brokerages doing great stuff like this to give back to the community!
It's always good to see how fellow Realtors are also helping their community-at-large. Way to go.
