Are you ready for the exciting world of real estate? This week at the National Association of REALTORS Mid-Year conference in Washington D.C., several real estate experts said that the Northern Virginia region is one area of the country that has already hit the bottom in the real estate market and is beginning to rebound.
Well, we're gearing up.
Do you want to get involved in an exciting career where the upside potential is unlimited? If you're not interested in taking up this opportunity, how about your friends, family members, or colleagues. Perhaps you're bored of the 9-5 daily grind, long commute, and cubicle squatting.
Well, you are in luck.
TAKE THE COURSE. PASS THE EXAM. BECOME A REALTOR.
Starting in June, I'll be teaching the Virginia real estate salesperson pre-licensing class. Here's the chance to take the class with a real estate pro. I'm actively listing and selling homes here in Northern Virginia, managing an office of 40 professional RE/MAX REALTORS, and even appeared live on the Neil Cavuto Show on Fox News just last night discussing real estate.
Ready to get started?
There are two sessions being offered in June at the same Arlington, Virginia location:
Location: RE/MAX Allegiance 3315 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22207
Here's some photos of our training center:

Day classes -- Fridays: June 5, 12, 19, 26 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
OR
Evening classes -- Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs: June 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Hi Brian, This a great thing thing to do. Many of the students when they become licensed will never forget the great class training. You could become a local hero, if you are not already, :-) Have you ever heard of Saul Klein? ( e-Pro for NAR and EO of Point2Agent )He was my instructor and I followed him to become Association President. We are the best of friends and I have such a profound respect for him. So with those students, you may become significantly more than an instructor and may help shape some very successful careers.
Hi Brian...That's great.
I'm sure you will enjoy teaching and the students will gain much by having you as an instructor. What a great way for them to begin their real estate career.
Kate
Congratulations, Brian. I'm sure you will find this to be a rewarding experience.
Gee, Brian! Something tells me that you would be able to get your newbie agents off to a fabulous start!
Who DOESN'T want to be a Virginia Real Estate Agent? It's Hot and it's featured. Congrats Brian!
